Position: RAG Development Engineer

Location: Chengdu or Shenzhen

Job Description:

1. RAG system development: participate in Python-based RAG application development, leveraging the LangChain framework to build high-performance, scalable system services.
2. Data processing and algorithm optimization: use Python to preprocess, clean, and organize large-scale text data, and combine LangChain toolchains to optimize project workflows, achieving efficient semantic understanding and information retrieval.
3. Platform setup and integration: utilize LangChain ecosystem components to deeply integrate with other AI services (such as GPT models), building innovative applications for intelligent Q&A, document retrieval, chatbots, and similar scenarios.
4. Research and innovation: keep up with the forefront of NLP, research and implement the latest model architectures and algorithm strategies, and empower business teams to solve real-world problems through the LangChain platform.
5. Code quality and team collaboration: write high-quality, maintainable Python code, follow good programming practices, and actively participate in internal tech sharing, code reviews, and project collaboration.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics & Statistics, or related fields; candidates with solid computer science fundamentals and NLP expertise are preferred.
2. 3+ years of Python programming experience, proficient with data processing libraries such as pandas and NumPy.
3. Familiarity with LangChain or similar libraries; practical RAG experience is a plus.
4. Familiarity with open-source vector databases/libraries; hands-on experience is preferred.
5. Understanding of deep learning principles and models, with practical experience in Transformer, BERT, or related architectures preferred.
6. Strong logical thinking, independent problem-solving skills, and enthusiasm for quickly learning new technologies.
7. Good English reading ability to keep up with the latest international research and technical developments.
